Work With Me

Fewer clients. Longer horizons. Real accountability between sessions.

Four ways to work together — three executive engagements and a speaking practice. Every one of them starts the same way: a complimentary Executive Clarity Session, so we both know whether this is the right fit before anyone commits.

01

Flagship

Promise Leadership Lab

3–12 month executive partnership

For leaders who are ready to make a greater impact. Structured coaching on clarity, presence, and influence — with strategic thinking partnership for the decisions that actually matter.

Who it's for

  • Leaders newly accountable for scope wider than anything they've owned before
  • Executives whose technical excellence got them here, and now has to become influence
  • Leaders carrying decisions they have no honest place to think out loud about

What's included

  • Bi-weekly one-to-one sessions
  • Between-session access for time-sensitive calls
  • Monthly written progress summary
  • Optional stakeholder feedback process

What changes

By the close of six months you can name your priorities without hedging, hold the room when the stakes are high, and move on hard decisions without circling them for weeks.

02

Most popular

Leadership Transition Intensive

90-day sprint

For the leader who just stepped into a bigger role — or is about to. Rapid clarity on the first 90 days, stakeholder map, and the presence to land well.

Who it's for

  • Newly promoted executives inside the first 90 days
  • Leaders with a step-up already dated on the calendar
  • Executives inheriting a team, a turnaround, or an integration

What's included

  • Accelerated session cadence
  • First-90-days operating plan
  • Stakeholder and influence mapping
  • Direct accountability checkpoints

What changes

You enter the role with a plan instead of a reaction — knowing which relationships to build first, which early wins are worth the capital, and what to leave alone until you've earned the room.

03

For Organizations

Succession Readiness Practice

6–12 month engagement

For organizations facing a leadership transition — planned or not. A documented plan for who's ready, who isn't, and what closing that gap actually takes, built by someone who has built succession plans, not just studied them.

Who it's for

  • Boards and CEOs with critical roles and no documented bench
  • Organizations where a known retirement or exit is approaching
  • Leadership teams whose succession plan exists as a conversation, not a document

What's included

  • Full succession risk assessment across critical roles
  • Successor identification and development plans
  • Board-ready succession policy and protocol
  • Annual review cadence, owned by your team

What changes

Leadership risk stops living in people's heads. You finish with a written, board-defensible plan and a review rhythm your own team can run without us.

04 · Speaking & Leadership Training

For the room, not just the leader.

Keynotes, panels, and team workshops on leading through transformation, executive presence, and building board-ready leaders.

Leading Through Transformation

What actually holds a team together through a merger, an integration, or a restructure — from someone who has led people through all three.

Executive Presence That Isn't Performance

Why presence is a function of clarity and candor rather than volume, and how leaders build it without becoming someone else in the room.

Building Board-Ready Leaders

How organizations develop the bench they'll need in three years, and the honest conversations that development actually requires.

Not sure which one fits? That is exactly what the first conversation is for.

Book Your Clarity Session

Complimentary 45-minute strategic conversation. You leave with a framework, not a pitch.

How Engagements Work

No one starts without a conversation first.

The same four steps, whether you're an individual leader or an organization.

1

Executive Clarity Session

A complimentary 45-minute strategic conversation. We look at where you are and apply a framework to your actual situation.

2

Scope and agreement

If it's a fit, I put the engagement in writing — objectives, cadence, what you can expect of me and what I'll expect of you.

3

The work

Sessions on a set rhythm, with honest accountability between them. Progress documented, not remembered.

4

Close-out and handoff

We name what changed, what's still open, and what you or your team now own without me.

Straight Answers

Questions leaders ask before they book.

How do I know which engagement is right for me?

You don't have to. Bring your situation to the clarity session and I'll tell you what I think fits — including if the answer is none of them. I would rather send you somewhere else than take an engagement that won't hold.

What's the investment?

It depends on the engagement and its scope, so I quote it after the clarity session rather than publishing a number that may not apply to you. You'll have it in writing before you're asked to decide anything.

Is this virtual or in person?

Executive coaching runs virtually by default, which is what makes a consistent cadence realistic for leaders with this kind of calendar. Organizational succession work and team training can include on-site time when it's warranted.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes. What you bring to a session stays in the session. In organizational engagements, the boundary between what's reported to the company and what stays between us is written into the agreement before we begin — not decided later.

How is this different from leadership training?

Training delivers content to a room. This is built around the decisions actually in front of you. The frameworks come from having sat in the seat — P&L, mergers and integrations, boards and governance — not from a curriculum.

What if it isn't working?

We say so. Every engagement has checkpoints where we look honestly at whether it's earning its place on your calendar. I'd rather have that conversation at month two than at the close.
